I linked my game to an old, unused Facebook account

If you linked your game to an old Facebook account that isn’t used anymore, Customer Support will need to manually move your progress to a new game. To do this:

1. Sign out of the old Facebook linked account – this should prompt the app to start a new game with brand new progress.
2. Link your new Facebook account to a brand new game.
3. Once you have your new Facebook account linked to a brand new game, please write in with:
   1. your new in-game ID and email
   2. your old in-game ID and email
   3. information about your original game: (currency, last level, specific features that have been unlocked)

Once you have all this information gathered, Customer Support should be able to help.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee a perfect copy of your original progress, but we will do our absolute best to make sure that we help with the tools available to us.

I updated my Facebook email

If you linked your game to a Facebook account with a recently updated email address, you’ll need to:

1. Sign out of your game.
2. Sign out of the Facebook app.
3. Force close the game and Facebook app.
4. Open the game and sign in using your updated Facebook credentials.

Once you’ve entered your updated Facebook credentials you should be able to continue playing your game.

I want to update my Big Fish Games email

If you linked your game to a Big Fish Games account that uses an old email address, you can update your Big Fish Games account email address to reflect your new email. Be sure to follow the listed steps.

To do this:

1. Click here to go to your Account Info page. If you're not signed in, please enter your old emailaddress and password to continue. Please do not create a new Big Fish Games account with your new email address.
2. In your current account, click the Edit button under Email Address. Enter the new email that you'd like to use.
3. Click the Save button.
4. An email will be sent to your email address to confirm the changes.
5. When you receive the confirmation email, just click the link inside to confirm your updated email address.

You should now be able to sign into your progress using your updated Big Fish Games email address.

NOTE: Please allow up to a day for these changes to take effect. If you find that you cannot sign into your game using your newly updated email address please make sure to try again later.
