What is my ID?
Your ID is a unique number used to identify your account. It helps Customer Support locate your account more quickly when you need help.
Please include your ID when contacting Customer Support with a problem or question.
How do I find my ID?
Just follow the steps for your device below.
Mobile
To find your ID on a mobile device:
- Open Sunken Secrets.
- Tap the options cog near the lower-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Help.
- Your ID should appear at the top of the Help screen.
Computer
To find your ID on a computer:
- Open Sunken Secrets.
- Click the options cog near the lower-right corner of the screen.
- Click Help.
- Your ID should appear at the top of the Help screen.
