Once you've unlocked and purchased the Navigator Table, you'll need to purchase a Hot Air Balloon to use it. The Navigator Table and Hot Air Balloons can be purchased from the Special Shop.
After a Hot Air Balloon has been purchased, click on the Navigator Table to open a map of the Magic Archipelago. Clouds will shroud islands that have not been unlocked yet. To unlock an island, complete its fresco.
