How do I reinstall Adobe Flash and Shockwave?
These programs display the video, animation, and graphics in many computer games.
If you continue to have trouble after installing the latest video card driver or completing the suggested updates or settings adjustments, follow the steps below to make sure you have the most current versions of Adobe Flash and Shockwave.
Flash Player
Before you install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player, use the uninstaller to remove the current version.
- Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller and save the file to a location, such as your desktop, where you can easily find it.
